Go Tretamine (Tretaminum)


Tretamine (Tretaminum; list A ) is an antitumor agent. Used in the treatment of retinoblastoma. Enter into the muscle at the rate of 0.06— 0.08 mg per 1 kg of patient weight. Just make 3 injections with an interval of 10 days. When tretamine is used, nausea , vomiting , leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and other signs of hematopoietic suppression are possible. Product form: ampoules of 0.001 and 0.002 g. Tretamine is dissolved immediately before injection into 5 ml of sterile distilled water.
