Tropaphene (Tropaphenum, list B ) is an adrenolytic drug. Has a stronger and prolonged effect than feptolamine (see). Applied for relief of hypertensive crises and treatment of diseases associated with impaired peripheral circulation ( endarteritis , Raynaud's disease , etc.). Enter under the skin, in the muscles or in a vein for 1 ml of 1 or 2% solution 1-3 times a day for 10-20 days. In connection with the fact that when orthopedic tropaphene can occur, the patient should lie for 2 hours after the injection. Tropaphene is contraindicated in severe organic damage to the heart and blood vessels. Form release: 1 and 2% solution in ampoules of 1 ml.
