Degranol (Degranol; list A ) is an antitumor agent. Applied for the treatment of Hodgkin's disease, chronic leukemia (chronic myelosis and lymphadenosis), as well as with reticulosarcomatosis, myeloma, true polycythemia .
Intravenously administered in a dose (for an adult) 0.05-0.1 g 1 time in 2 days; for a course of 0.6–0.8 g with systematic observation of the blood picture. Form release: powder in ampoules of 0.05 g; solutions are prepared ex tempore on an isotonic solution of sodium chloride. See also Antineoplastic agents .
