Ditilin (Dithylinum; synonym Lysthenon; list A ) is a curapy-like remedy. For short-term muscle relaxation (3–7 min.) Ditilin is injected into a vein once in a dose of 1-2.5 ml of 1% solution. The long-term effect is achieved by fractional or drip intravenous administration (0.1–0.25% solution at a rate of 2-3 ml per 1 min.). Available in vials containing 0.1; 0.25 and 0.5 g of the drug, and 2 ml ampoules of 1% solution. Ditilin solutions are incompatible with barbiturates (sedimentation). See also muscle relaxants .
