Dopan (Dopanum; List A ) is an antitumor agent. Applied for the treatment of Hodgkin's disease, chronic myeloid leukemia, as well as chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Assign inwards in a dose (for an adult) of 0.008–0.01 g 1 time in 5 days while monitoring the blood formula and the general condition of the patient. Absolutely contraindicated in leukopenia with the number of leukocytes below 3000 in 1 mm 3 , exacerbations of myeloid leukemia and acute leukemia, rapid and acute forms of Hodgkin's lymphoma.
